Do you want to becomea practical sales professional in the IT industry, looking for someone to lead and guide the work from needs assessment to solution consulting, pricing, and following the pipeline? CCVI is hiring1–2 paid interns/business collaboratorsto help the team expand the SME/Startup customer base.
Many businesses are “stuck” becauseof weak infrastructure – lack of security – lack of IT operators, but they don’t know where to start. You will accompany customers from the initial stepof understanding needs → proposing solutions → coordinating technical plans.
Incomecan exceed 10 million/monthincludinga basic salary of 2–2.5 million + allowances + sales commission + KPI bonuses. Income increases based on ability and workload.

📍 Work location:Ho Chi Minh City – flexible onsite/remote
Practical sales → lots of communication + fast development, moderate admin, technical knowledge at a level “enough to consult & coordinate”.
Reponsibility
- Searching for & approaching SME/Startup customers with IT implementation needs (infrastructure, cloud, security, software)
- Preliminary consultation via phone/email/Zalo, schedule surveys when a proposal is needed, basic cost-profit analysis
- Monitor the pipeline, update customer information (CRM/Google Sheet)
- Support marketing: write articles/design content to introduce solutions, basic landing page
- Assist with product demos/introduction, close orders and coordinate handover according to the process
🎯 Requirements
- Final year students / recent graduates in IT, Business Administration, Marketing (or equivalent)
- Good communication, proactive, responsible, and ready to meet KPIs
- Able to use basic tools: Office/Google Sheet, Canva, ChatGPT
- Service-oriented mindset, eager to learn, persistent in pursuing goals
- Able to work flexibly (at the office or remote), ready to meet clients onsite when needed

- Knowledge of online content writing, creating landing pages/basic design, understanding digital marketing
- Familiar with Google Ads/SEO (basic) or have run media campaigns
- Understanding of Cloud/Network/Server/Security/Odoo platforms is a significant advantage
- Proficient in reading and understanding English documents/designs

Development Roadmap
- Week 1–2:Onboarding, understanding products/services, learning sales processes & tools
- Month 1:Familiarizing with the market, practicing calls/messages – qualifying leads – scheduling surveys
- Month 2–3:Participating in proposals/quotations, following the pipeline, assisting in closing small deals
- Month 3–6:Self-managing customer files, may advance toofficial personnel(Project Sales/Presales/Marketing/Account)
